A daily dose of Inspiration for you!

Reggie Bullock is a professional NBA basketball player.  He currently plays for the Detroit Pistons.  He went to the University of North Carolina and was drafted onto the Los Angeles Clippers in 2013.  He later played for the Phoenix Suns, Bakersfield Jam, and Grand Rapids Drive.  He then joined the Detroit Pistons in 2015.

Reginald Ryedell Bullock was born in 1991 in Baltimore, Maryland.  He had four siblings.  He, as a child, was seen to have two brothers and two sisters.  However, he had three sisters and a brother.  His transgender sister, Mia Henderson, was murdered when Reggie was a young man in 2014.  Before her murder, Reggie had led his high school basketball team to three state championships.  This led to him committing to the scholarship from the University of North Carolina.

One knee injury and surgery didn’t impede him being selected by the Los Angeles Clippers in the 2013 NBA draft.  He was traded to the Phoenix Suns in 2015.  After his debut with the Suns, he was assigned to the Bakersfield Jam before being recalled by the Suns.  More changes occurred before he was traded to the Detroit Pistons later in 2015.  He has received multiple awards and been ranked favorably during his career thus far.

Reggie Bullock has learned from his sister Mia and his life experiences thus far to live your life as yourself.  He tells others to care about family and be happy with who you are.  Reggie has given and received support from the LGBTQ  community and others.

Be inspired!  Have a bright day!
