Jamie-Lynn Sigler has worked for and benefitted many causes and organizations. By attending or participating in events to benefit children, the American Cancer Society, MS, and others she has stayed busy despite having MS.
Jamie-Lynn Sigler is an actress, author, and singer. She was born in Jericho, New York. She began acting and singing when she was seven. She went to Hebrew school and graduated from Jericho High School. She, also, went to and studied at the Cultural Arts Playhouse.
In 1997, Jamie-Lynn Sigler became Meadow Saprano on HBO’s The Sapranos. She then had parts in movies, in theatre, and on other television shows. In 2001, she released a pop album. In 2002, she co-authored an autobiography. She has won Screen Actors Guild awards and been nominated for several other awards for her work as well.
Her work, philanthropy, and MS diagnosis has led to Jamie-Lynn being honored with the 2017 Medal of Hope Award. The honor will be presented at the Race to Erase MS Gala on May 5, 2017. Her philanthropy has been a major part of her life.
In 2012, Jamie-Lynn began dating baseball player Cutter Dykstra. They had a son in 2013. They later married in early 2016.
